Sakthi Chidambaram had produced and directed Ennamma Kannu,Englshkaran and Sandai. Now he is producing a film titled Guru Shishyan. Sathyaraj and Sundar C are acting in this film.
Vadivelu has recently given a statement that he is not acting in this film. While speaking about this to the media, he said,” I have earlier acted in Sakthi Chidambaram films. I agreed to act in this film since Sakthi Chidambaram, Sathyaraj and Sundar C requested.
They also gave an amount as advance. It has been months since I received the advance. But they did not shoot a single scene of mine. I did not act a single day for this film. I tried to contact Sakthi Chidambaram with regard to this. But there was no proper response.
I got the news that the shooting of Guru Shishyan has been completed. So I had contacted Sakthi Chidambaram’s office and requested them to take back the advance given to me. I will return the advance. I once again reiterate to my fans that I am not acting in this film.”
