The Movie is Govindarajan (Kamal Haasan), a scientist from NASA speaks about the history of a statue that has passed through many ages carrying supernatural power.In 12th Century Raja Nambi (Kamal Haasan) a Vaishnavaite youth tied to the statue of idol Lord Vishnu and throws him into the Sea as a punishment. He is reborn in the 21st century as Govind Ramasamy, who works for a Biotech Company in the US. His company is Bio-chemical weapon to Anti-socials, and Govind has to stop them and comes to India. There he comes to meet 9 different characters and how Govind retrives the weapons and saves the world is the rest of the movie.
